By accessing and using the Grodesk platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Grodesk provides a WhatsApp Business communication management platform that allows:

  • WhatsApp response automation
  • Centralized conversation management
  • Performance analytics and reports
  • CRM system integration
  • Team collaboration

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account and password
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Be responsible for all activities on your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious or harmful content
  • Interfere with platform operation
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

5. Payments and Billing

5.1 Plans and Pricing

Our services are offered through different subscription plans. Prices are available on our website and may be changed with prior notice.

5.2 Billing

  • Billing is done monthly or annually, according to the chosen plan
  • Payments are processed automatically
  • You are responsible for keeping payment information updated
  • We do not offer refunds for partial periods of use

6. Intellectual Property

The Grodesk platform, including its code, design, logos and content, is owned by Grodesk and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to keep our services available 24/7, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grodesk will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Data loss or business interruption
  • Third party actions or external system failures
  • Improper use of the platform by the user

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You can cancel your account through platform settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • After termination, you will have limited access to export your data

11. WhatsApp Compliance

By using our services, you must also comply with WhatsApp Business API Terms of Service and WhatsApp policies. Violations may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business account.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a platform notice with at least 30 days advance notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Portugal.
